We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund, or be happy to assist you with an exchange. Products may be returned by simply initiating the return* within 60 days of delivery. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. We must receive your item within 90 days of the original shipment date. Please allow us 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return.
Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item.
Please note freight will be charged for exchanges unrelated to our error in original order processing or defective merchandise.

We can only ship within the US, using UPS as our preferred shipper, signature required.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. If you need something special, please contact us.
If an item is instock and the order is placed before 11AM PT, the item usually ships same day. If placed after 11AM and the item is instock, it usally ships the next business day.
